Our Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Diapers & Baby Wipes (opened packages)
  • Diaper Creams & Ointments (opened containers)
  • Diaper Pails & Refills (used items)
  • Personal care items

All nursery furniture (cribs, bassinets, changing tables) must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Options

You may use any carrier of your choice to return items. We recommend:

  • For US customers: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
  • For international customers: The same carrier used for original delivery (DHL/FedEx/EMS)

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
