Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your baby essentials. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get things right.
Our Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Diapers & Baby Wipes (opened packages)
- Diaper Creams & Ointments (opened containers)
- Diaper Pails & Refills (used items)
- Personal care items
- All nursery furniture (cribs, bassinets, changing tables) unless returned in original packaging and undamaged
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Options
You may use any carrier of your choice to return items. We recommend:
- For US customers: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
- For international customers: The same carrier used for original delivery (DHL/FedEx/EMS)
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
